- CV (Please use NAIST format, Download Form Here)
- Academic transcripts of Bachelor and Master programs.
- Certified TOEIC score or equivalent (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
- Research record: *Any format is acceptable *Five pages max A4 size
- Research Plan: *Any format is acceptable *Two pages of A4 size *Include:
– Thesis content
– The research field/project that the applicant intends to work on at NAIST after enrollment. - Applicants fill out the form on the Google Form page at the following link
