BRIN, APCTP, and UGM to Host Short School on Quantum Physics 2026

The Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), in collaboration with the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP) and the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), will organize the Short School on Quantum Physics 2026 under the theme “The Centennial Progress in Quantum Physics – From Fundamental Aspect to Application.”

This program is designed as a capacity-building initiative aimed at providing a comprehensive and structured understanding of quantum physics, spanning from its fundamental principles to the latest advancements in practical applications. The short school targets students, researchers, academics, and professionals with a strong interest in the development of quantum physics.

The event is scheduled to take place on:

  • Date: 27–31 July 2026
  • Time: 08:00–17:00 WIB
  • Venue: Auditorium RMJT Soehakso, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Jl. Geografi, Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55281, Indonesia
