Announcement: Interview Schedule for New IUP Students Intake 3, 2025

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) announces the interview schedule for prospective new students of the IUP programs in Computer Science, Electronics and Instrumentation, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, and Physics. This follows the results of the AcEPT and GMST written exams and the selection committee meeting held on Friday, 25 July 2025.

Selected candidates listed in the attached document are invited to attend the interview session as per the following details:

• Date: Saturday, 26 July 2025

• Time and Program:

  • 08:00 – 11:00 WIB: Physics
  • 08:30 – 11:00 WIB: Computer Science
  • 09:00 – 11:00 WIB: Chemistry
  • 10:00 – 12:00 WIB: Statistics
  • 10:30 – 13:00 WIB: Electronics and Instrumentation (Interview schedule details will also be sent via email by the PMB IUP FMIPA committee, approximately before 15:00 WIB)

• Location:

  • Classrooms 209–212, Lecture Building S1, 2nd Floor
  • Meeting Room 601, Lecture Building S1, 6th Floor (Chemistry Department)
  • Meeting Room 1, Physics Department, 2nd Floor (Physics Department)

Candidates registered for more than one program study are required to attend all scheduled interview sessions.
